The Old Schoolhouse | Styled Shoot | Newberg, OR

You guys. THIS SHOOT. This was one of the first styled shoots I ever participated in, and it was incredible. I drove all the way to Newberg, Oregon (I listed to The Stranger Beside Me by Ann Rule, 10/10 highly recommend for nightmares.) The styling was incredible, the couple was clearly in love, and the lighting was * french kiss. * Shout out to MNY Photography and Urban Creative for their planning and styling skills!
Tessie’s hair is a photographer’s dream. These two were so happy to be there and so clearly in love with each other. It was a privilege to watch them PRETEND to get married, I can’t imagine what their actual big day was like!
Literally THE PERFECT running down the aisle shot. This is the goal for every wedding I do.
The food and the styling were just unbelievable, it felt like an actual wedding. The talent from Golden Hour Paper (stationary), Urban Creative (Styling and flowers), and Mama’s Artisan Sweets (cake) is endless.
By the time the ceremony was over, the lighting was rich, golden, and just perfect. Portraits were so much fun. I’ll be honest, the styled shoot was myself and a ton of other photographers so I was definitely nervous to do my thing, but still had such a blast and love the photos I captured!
